Zucchini Omelette, Surprising and Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • chives to taste
  • 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • butter

How to do it:

Cut the zucchini in half and then into cubes, place in a bowl, then add the eggs, then transfer everything to the blender and blend.
Transfer everything to a bowl, add the salt, black pepper, garlic and mix well.
Cut the chives into very small pieces, add them to the bowl and mix with the other ingredients, then add the wheat flour and mix well. Add the oil and mix.
In a frying pan add the butter and melt, then with a ladle add the mixture little by little, in small quantities, bake on both sides.
