Ingredients:

12 oz pasta (your choice)
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
