When I make chicken like this, there’s nothing left

Prepare to savor every bite of this irresistible chicken dish that always leaves empty plates behind. Tender chicken breast, seasoned with a perfect balance of salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano, forms the flavorful base. Layered with sautéed onion, juicy tomato, sliced boiled eggs, and melted mozzarella, each component adds richness and texture. Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 150g mozzarella
  • parsley to taste
  •  1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • oil
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into fillets, then use a hammer to make the chicken more tender.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano and spread well over the chicken.
Cut the onion in half, then into slices.
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Grate the eggs and mozzarella.
Transfer all these ingredients to a bowl, then add the parsley, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix everything very well.
In a baking dish add oil, spread it with a brush, place the chicken fillets inside, then add the filling over each fillet.
Finally, add the mozzarella on top of everything.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
