  • 2 brioche toasts
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Handful of iceberg lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Slice the cherry tomatoes and avocado. Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce.
