- 2 brioche toasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice of Gouda cheese
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Handful of iceberg lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice the cherry tomatoes and avocado. Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce.
