Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • salt
  • 250g pasta
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup of corn tea
  • 170g tuna

Way of doing:

In a pan add the water, salt and pasta, stir, then cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Cut the peppers, onion, cucumber and apple into cubes.
Squeeze the lemon over the apple.
In a bowl add the mustard, soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until smooth.
In a bowl add the ingredients that were cut previously, followed by the corn, then the sauce and mix everything very well.
Finally, pour all the pasta into the bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
Add the tuna and mix again.
