Tuna Omelette, Complete Dinner in 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
mozzarella or parmesan to taste
½ onion
chives to taste
olive oil to taste
2 cans of tuna
3 eggs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
garlic to taste

How to do it:
Cut the onion into rings and the chives very finely.
In a pan, add the olive oil and the onions and sauté, then add the tuna and mix well with the onions, let it fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add the eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic, and chives and mix everything together.
Transfer this mixture to the pan, spreading it out well so that it mixes with the tuna and let it cook for 7 minutes.
After this time, add the parmesan on top, cover the pan until the cheese melts.
