Tuna Omelet Ready in Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 120g tuna
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Pass the tuna through a sieve to remove the liquid.
In a bowl add the eggs, salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well.
Add the cornstarch and mix again until homogenized.
To finish, add the parsley, tuna and mix everything very well.
In a pan add the olive oil, spread it with a brush, then add the entire mixture inside, cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.
