Traditional Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 CUPS OF TEA (200 ML CUP) OF WATER
  • 2 CUPS OF TEA (200 ML CUP) OF RAW RICE
  • 1 BOX OF CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 CUP OF TEA (200 ML CUP) OF SUGAR
  • 1 LITER OF WHOLE MILK
  • 1 BOX OF MILK CREAM
  • GRATED COCONUT (OPTIONAL)
  • CINNAMON POWDER FOR SERVING (OPTIONAL)

Way of doing:

Place the rice in a pan, then the water, stir, turn on medium heat, cover the pan and let it cook, turn off the heat when there is little water at the bottom, do not let the water dry completely.
Add the condensed milk, sugar, grated coconut, hot milk, turn on medium heat and stir, let it cook for approximately 20 minutes, until it thickens.
Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix.
Alternatively, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve!
