Tomato omelette with ham and parmesan

Way of doing:

Cut the tomatoes into slices.
In a container add the eggs and beat well.
Add the salt and parsley and mix well.
In a pan add the butter and stir until it melts.


Then add the tomato slices one at a time.
Add the salt and turn the slices while they cook.
Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes, then add the chopped ham.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mozzarella on top of the recipe, then add the oregano.
Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Ham
  • mozzarella
  • oregano
