Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of tomato sauce
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of parmesan
  • 50ml of oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • water
  • oil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 450g pasta
  • parsley to taste
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

In a baking dish add the tomato sauce, mozzarella, cottage cheese, parmesan, oil, black pepper, salt, oregano and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a pan add water, oil, salt and stir.
Then add the pasta and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After removing the sauce from the oven, mix well.
Pour the pasta into the pan and mix well with the sauce.
To finish, add the parsley and mozzarella, then bake just until the cheese melts.
