Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1kg of  meat
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt to taste
  • Hot water
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 50ml of water
  • 5 boiled potatoes

Way of doing:

In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the olive oil, the  meat and fry until golden.
Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add the onions and fry until golden.
Add the garlic and mix.
Place the meat back in the pan, add the salt, half hot water, soy sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for 50 minutes.
After cooking the  meat , remove it from the pan and set aside.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the water, then add it to the pan, mix and let it cook for 1 minute.
Add the cooked potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
