Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 40ml of water
  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 100ml of milk
  • 40ml of oil
  • 100g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup

Way of doing:

Peel the bananas and cut them in half vertically.
In a pan add the sugar and stir continuously until it caramelizes, add the water little by little while stirring. Then add the bananas.
In a bowl add the egg, sugar, salt and mix very well, add the vanilla essence, milk, oil and mix well, add the wheat flour, passing through a sieve, and mix well, finally add the yeast and mix.
Add the dough into the pan with the caramelized banana, spreading it well, leaving it on low heat for 20 minutes.
