The best salad recipe I’ve ever tried, because I haven’t made it before!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ red cabbage
  • ¼ green cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 apple
  • ½ grated carrot
  • raisins to taste
  • 400g mayonnaise
  • 200g natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Finely slice the red and green cabbage, as well as the onion and apple.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Transfer the sliced cabbage, onion, apple, grated carrot, and raisins into a large bowl. Mix everything together.

  3. Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, natural yogurt, honey, salt, black pepper, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth. Then, add the vinegar and stir to combine.
