The Best Chicken and Potatoes: A Comforting and Flavorful Meal!

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ tablespoon of cream cheese for each chicken breast
  • 200g of cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • mozzarella
  • chives to taste

How to do it:

Cut the potatoes into slices, then transfer to a bowl, add the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil and mix well, then transfer the potatoes to a mold.
Beat the chicken breasts with a kitchen hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender.
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika and cream cheese on each chicken breast, roll each one up, then place over the potatoes.
In a bowl add the cream, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and mix well until smooth.
Pour this mixture over everything, spread it over the chicken with the help of a brush, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella over everything and bake at 200 degrees until the cheese melts.
Cut the chives and add over the chicken.
