Super Creamy Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500g milk chocolate
  • 200ml hot water
  • 80g strawberry gelatin
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 400g of cream
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered milk

Way of doing:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie, then add 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into a plastic cup and spread it around the sides by rotating the cup, then put it in the fridge. Repeat the process with more cups until the chocolate is finished.
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
In a bowl add the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk and mix well.
Add the gelatin into the bowl and mix with the other ingredients until homogenized.
Add this mixture into the cups and place the sticks in each cup, then place in the freezer for 6 hours or until they are well frozen and consistent.

Remove the plastic and help yourself!
