  • 3 tomatoes
  • parsley to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • butter
  • mozzarella to taste

  1. Prepare the Tomatoes: Cut the tomatoes into slices and use a glass to carefully remove the pulp. Chop the pulp into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
