Stuffed potatoes – healthy and delicious savory!



Way of doing

  • In a pan with water, place the potatoes and let them cook.
  • Cut the onion in half and then into cubes.
  • In a pan add the olive oil, onion and sauté.

  • Then add the  ground meat and mix.
  • Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and mix again.
  • Transfer to a container and set aside.

  • After the  potatoes are cooked, separate them into a container and mash them.
  • Then add the egg, black pepper,  salt and wheat flour.
  • Mix everything very well.
  • Rub a little flour on your hands.
  • Then, take a portion of the puree and shape it like a pizza.

  • Take some of the  meat and put it inside to stuff.
  • Then just close and repeat the process until you run out of dough and  meat .
  • In a pan add the butter and stir until it melts.
  • Then add the stuffed  potatoes .
  • Let it fry on both sides.
  • When they are ready, sprinkle the parsley on top.

  • 1kg of  potatoes

  • water

  • 1 onion

  • oil

  • 300g of  ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon of  salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of  salt

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • parsley
