Tender chicken breasts are filled with a creamy mixture of cottage cheese and mozzarella, seasoned with garlic powder, and baked to juicy perfection.
The salad, featuring crisp spinach, ripe tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, and zesty red onion, is tossed in a tangy dressing of lemon and olive oil.
This dish offers a delightful balance of flavors and textures, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 700g chicken breast
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • 100g of cottage cheese
  • 100g mozzarella
  • garlic powder
  • spinach
  • tomato
  • oil
  • 50g mayonnaise
  • 25g mustard
  • 200g mozzarella
  • parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 80g mozzarella
  • basil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • oil
  • 1 loaf

Way of doing

  • Cut the chicken breasts into fillets and lightly beat with a knife
  • Season each fillet with salt and pepper.
  • Place the curd on each of them and spread
  • Add the mozzarella on each one, the garlic powder, spinach and a slice of tomato
  • Then roll each of them
  • Place in a dish greased with oil
  • In a container add mayonnaise, mustard and mix
  • Apply this mixture to the fillets
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
  • After this time, add the mozzarella mixed with parsley on top.
  • Place back in the oven at 180°C for another 10 minutes
  • In a container add the cut cucumber, onion, cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil, lemon and olive oil.
  • Cut the bread into slices
  • In a pan add the oil, the bread and let it fry
  • Then add it to the salad and mix everything
  • Serve the chicken with the salad and enjoy!
