Stuffed chicken breast gratin
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- salt
- Black pepper
- paprika
- oil
- 150g mozzarella
- 100g of cream
- 1 egg
- parsley
- 100g of ham
Way of doing
- Make a cut in the middle of each chicken breast so that you can stuff it.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and olive oil.
- Using your hands, spread these seasonings well over each chicken breast.
- In a container add the mozzarella, cream, egg, parsley and mix very well.
- In a baking dish add the olive oil and spread it with a brush.
- Place the ham slices inside each chicken breast.
- Now pour the mozzarella mixture over the ham.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, add mozzarella on top of everything.
- Place back in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
