Ingredients:

  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • oil
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g of rice

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage stalk, leave a hole in the middle and fill with salt.Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap, finally place in the microwave for 15 minutes.In a pan add the olive oil, ground meat and stir.

Add the chopped carrot, chopped onion and tomato, salt, black pepper and mix well.Add the garlic and stir again.Add the rice and mix everything.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.In a baking dish add the cabbage leaves one by one, side by side.Then add the filling and cover with more leaves.Repeat the process until finished.

To finish, use the edge of the leaves that were left outside to cover everything.Add olive oil on top and brush.Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
