Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 eggs
  • parsley to taste
  • bacon to taste
  • mozzarella to taste

Way of doing:

Make a cut in the center of each loaf, forming a circle.
Then remove the top part.
Place the bread in a pan greased with butter.
Add two eggs inside each bread, then the parsley, slices of bacon, mozzarella and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
