Strawberry Pie, No Oven and Melts in Your Mouth!!!

If you’re craving a delicious and indulgent dessert but don’t want to heat up the kitchen, this no-bake strawberry pie is the perfect solution. Combining the creamy sweetness of condensed milk with the fresh, tangy flavor of strawberries, this pie is a breeze to make and will melt in your mouth with every bite. Plus, it doesn’t require an oven—just some simple preparation and chilling time.

Ingredients:

  • 250g crushed cornstarch biscuits
  • 120g melted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 200g of cream
  • 600ml of milk
  • 160g white chocolate
  • strawberries
  • powdered milk (for sprinkling – optional)

Roof:

  • 80g white chocolate
  • 200g hot cream

Way of doing:

Add the cornstarch biscuit to a bowl and mix well, then add the salt and mix again.
Add this mixture into a mold with a removable bottom and, using a spoon, spread it well across the bottom.
In a pan add the condensed milk, cornstarch and stir well until it thickens.
Add the cream, milk, white chocolate and mix well until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl, then cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Add strawberries cut in half into the mold, placing them only on the sides of the mold, then add the cream on top of the crushed biscuits.
In a bowl add the white chocolate, then the hot cream and mix well until the chocolate melts, then add it inside the mold on top of the cream.
To finish, add chopped strawberries on top of everything and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Sprinkle powdered milk on top and help yourself!
