Ingredients:

  • 250g of meat
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • oil
  • onion
  • Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cup of water
  • mozzarella
  • oregano to taste

Way of doing:

In a dish, with the meat inside, season with salt, paprika, oregano, mayonnaise and mix everything very well so the seasonings add to the meat.
In a frying pan add the olive oil and then the meat, then turn to fry the other side, add the onion, the tomato sauce, spreading well, the water and cover, letting it cook until the water dries.
Add the mozzarella, oregano, cover the pan for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
