Ingredients:
- noodle
- 600g ground beef
- 1 sachet of tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- bacon to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 400ml of water
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 100g grated mozzarella (optional)
- seasonings to your taste
- BAKE IN THE OVEN WITH ALUMINUM PAPER 40 MIN.
- THEN ANOTHER 20 MIN WITHOUT ALUMINUM PAPER
Way of doing:
In a bowl add the ground meat , garlic, salt, paprika, curry, black pepper, lemon and mix well with your hands.
Add the wheat flour little by little while stirring.
Take a portion of spaghetti noodles and wrap them in the ground meat, repeat the process with the rest of the meat and noodles.
In a pan add the bacon, 1 clove of chopped garlic and stir until golden well, add the chopped onion and sauté, then add the tomato sauce and mix well, then add the water and stir a little more, when it starts to boil turn off the fire.
Transfer the sauce to a rectangular shape, then the pasta, then cover the shape halfway with sauce, if necessary add more water, then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 240c for 40 minutes + 20 minutes without paper aluminum.
As an option, after removing from the oven, add mozzarella and bake for another 10 minutes.
