Ingredients:

500g of meat
2 garlic cloves
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey 
1tbsp corn starch
pepper mix (mixed to taste)
2tbps vegetable oil
2 units onion
1tbps vegetable oil
200 g pasta
1 vegetable oil
1 unit carrot
3.5oz broccoli
1/2 unit red bell pepper
1/2 unit yellow bell pepper
1/2 unit green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1tbsp soy sauce 
water (corn starch 1tbsp)

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the Meat:

    • In a bowl, combine the meat, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, and a mix of pepper to taste. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  2. Cook the Pasta:

    • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 200g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking:

  1. Sauté the Onions:

    • In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  2. Add the Marinated Meat:

    • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated meat to the skillet. Stir-fry until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the Vegetables:

    • Add the sliced carrot, broccoli florets, and diced bell peppers (red, yellow, and green) to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
  4. Season the Dish:

    • Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, the remaining minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Thicken the Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch with a bit of water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the skillet and stir well to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine with Pasta:

    • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and mixed with the meat and vegetables.
