Spaghetti in white sauce

Ingredients

  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250g pasta
  • oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 100g mozzarella
  • parsley

Way of doing

  • In a pan add water, salt and pasta, let it cook
  • In another pan add the olive oil, the already cut chicken breasts and leave to fry, stirring in the meantime
  • Add the salt, black pepper, paprika and mix so that the seasonings combine with the chicken.
  • When the chicken is well browned, remove from the heat and set aside.
  • In a pan add olive oil, garlic and let it fry
  • Then add the cream, salt, oregano and mix everything very well.
  • Add the mozzarella and mix with the sauce
  • Pour the noodles and chicken in and mix again
  • Add the parsley on top
