Ingredients

  • 3  potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of  salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • ice
  • 1 cup of  wheat flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • oil

Way of doing

  • Cut the  potatoes into slices and then into strips.
  • Transfer everything to a container.
  • Add the  salt , sugar, water, ice and stir everything.
  • Drain all the water and then place the potatoes on paper towels to dry well.
  • In a container add the wheat flour, use a sieve to pass this flour.
  • Repeat the same process with the cornstarch.
  • Mix everything very well.
  • Finally, place the  potatoes in the container and mix with the  flour .
  • To remove the flour from the potatoes, pass it through a sieve.
  • In a pan add the oil, wait for it to heat up and add the  potatoes .
  • Let them fry until they are golden.
  • Remove from the pan and place in a container lined with paper towel.
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice
