Shrimp Linguine Burrito with Cheesy Garlic Bread Tortilla

Ingredients:

200 grams of linguine pasta
200 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
100 grams of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 

Instructions:

1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Mix the cooked linguine pasta into the skillet with the shrimp. Stir everything together for 2 minutes until well combined.
5. In a separate pan, melt butter and place a tortilla in it. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
6. Add a portion of the shrimp linguine mixture on top of the cheese, then fold the tortilla over to create a burrito shape.
7. Cook the burrito for another 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
8. Serve the burritos hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes:
You can add some veggies like spinach or bell peppers to the shrimp mixture for extra color and nutrition.
