Ingredients:

12 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cream to thicken slightly.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.

Stir in the grated mozzarella cheese and cooked shrimp. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the shrimp is heated through and the sauce is creamy and well combined.
Serve the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
