INGREDIENTS:

500G OF MEAT
150 ML OF MILK
1 TEASPOONS OF CORIANDER POWDER
1 TEASPOONS OF PAPRIKA
1/2 TEASPOONS OF BLACK PEPPER
1 TEASPOONS OF OREGANO
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
2 TABLESPOONS OF VINEGAR
3 TABLESPOONS OF SHOYU SAUCE
1 TEASPOONS OF SALT
1 YELLOW PEPPER
1 GREEN PEPPER
1 RED PEPPER
1 ONION
1/2 CUP OF WATER
2 TABLESPOONS OF TOMATO SAUCE
CHILI TO TASTE

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat:
    • Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the Meat:
    • In a small bowl, combine the milk, coriander powder, paprika, black pepper, oregano, minced garlic, vinegar, shoyu sauce, and salt.
    • Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more intense flavor.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • While the meat marinates, slice the yellow, green, and red peppers, and dice the onion.
  4. Cook the Meat:
