Savory Pepper-Infused Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
700g of meat
1 teaspoon baking soda
water
oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce

How to do it:
Cut the meat into strips, then place it in a bowl and add the baking soda and mix, let it marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time, add water until all the meat is covered, and stir to wash well, then drain all the water.
In a pan, add the oil, then the meat strips, and let them fry until golden on both sides.
Remove the meat from the pan.
In the same pan, add a little more oil, then the onion and sauté.
Add the peppers, cut into strips, and mix everything very well, letting them fry for 2 minutes.
Put the meat back in the pan, then add the salt, black pepper and mix everything.
In a container, add the olive oil, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and hot sauce and mix well.
Pour the sauce into the pan and mix well to incorporate into the meat, letting it fry for another 5 minutes.
