Savory Bread Omelette Delight

Transform your breakfast or brunch with this flavorful Bread Omelette recipe. Combining the classic elements of a fluffy omelette with crispy bread and fresh toppings, this dish is both satisfying and versatile. It’s an easy way to elevate your meal with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
4  eggs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices of bread
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
chives to taste
oil
cherry tomato
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
mozzarella to taste
parsley to taste

How to do it:

In a bowl, add the eggs, salt, and black pepper and beat well until smooth.
In a pan, add the butter and stir until melted, then add the slices of bread, cutting them into pieces.
Let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the salt and garlic powder and stir well.
Add the toasted bread to the bowl, along with the eggs.
Finely chop the chives, then add them to the bowl and mix everything well.
In a pan, add the olive oil, spread it well with a brush, pour the mixture inside and let it fry on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
Flip the omelet, then add the tomato sauce, spread it well, then add the mozzarella and finally the tomato slices, and more mozzarella on top of everything.
Finely chop the parsley, then add it on top of the recipe.
Cover the pan, turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes for the mozzarella to melt.
