Savory Beef Mince with Peppers and Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • oil

  • 500g of  meat

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 yellow pepper

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • Hot water

 

How to do it

  • In a pan add the butter, olive oil and stir until melted.
  • Then add the meat and stir while frying.
  • When golden, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a pan add olive oil, the chopped onion, the meat and mix.
  • Add the chopped garlic cloves, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika and mix again.
  • Add the soy sauce, peppers and stir.
  • Add hot water, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
