Sausage Recipe for Lunch or Dinner That Delights With Its Flavor

Ingredients:

  • 8 sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 400ml of water
  • 200g of rice
  • 200ml of cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • mozzarella to taste

How to do it:

Cut the sausages into slices, then cut the onion into small pieces. Grate the carrot.
In a pan, boil the water and add the salt, rice and stir, then lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion, the carrot and stir well.
Add the sausages, cream and mix, then add the salt, paprika, black pepper and mix for 5 minutes.
In a dish add half the rice, on top of the rice place a layer of the sausage mixed previously and finally another layer of rice and on top of everything add the mozzarella.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
