Salmon in White Sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • spinach to taste
  • 120ml cream
  • 30g parmesan
  • basil to taste
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Season the fish with salt and black pepper.
In a pan add olive oil, then the fish and fry until golden, approximately 6 minutes.
Turn the side and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
After frying, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
Cut the garlic into very small pieces.
In the same pan add the butter, then the garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
Cut the tomatoes in half, then add them to the pan, mix with the sauce, then season with salt, black pepper, spinach, mix and cook until the spinach starts to wilt.
Add the cream and parmesan to the pan.
Cut the basil very finely, as well as the parsley, add it to the pan, reduce the heat to low, mix everything and let it cook until the sauce reduces, about 3 minutes.
Return the salmon to the pan and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
