Roasted Vegetables in Plastic Bag

Ingredients:

  • ½ cabbage
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 2 apples
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 30ml olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • thyme to taste
  • paprika to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into thick slices, then into smaller pieces.
Add the cabbage inside a  plastic food bag.
Cut the potatoes in half, then into slices, then place them inside the  plastic bag .
Cut the carrot in half, then into strips.
Cut the peppers into strips and then into pieces.
Place the peppers and carrots inside the bag.
Cut the apples into medium pieces and add to the other ingredients.
Finally add the garlic, onion, olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, then close the plastic bag and stir so that the ingredients mix.
Close with a seal, place in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After removing from the oven, open the bag with scissors, then pour the  vegetables into the pan.
