Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 apples
  • 2 potatoes
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into strips and then into smaller pieces.
Cut the carrot into strips.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
Cut the yellow pepper into strips and then into cubes, repeat the process with the red and green peppers.
Cut the apples into medium pieces.
Cut the potatoes into strips and then into medium pieces.
Transfer all ingredients to a plastic bag to bake.
Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme and mix everything very well.
Close the bag with a seal and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Open the bag with scissors and be very careful with the steam.
Pour everything into a baking dish.
