Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken thighs
  • 600g of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 150ml white wine
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • butter

    Way of doing:

    Open a plastic roasting bag, then add the chicken thighs, potatoes and onions.
    Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper and mix everything very well.
    Close the plastic bag and tie using a seal.
    Place it inside a baking dish, poke holes in the plastic bag using a toothpick, so that the steam can escape during cooking.
    Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
    Open the plastic bag with scissors, then pour everything into the baking dish, spreading it well, and remove the plastic completely.
    Add the butter and return to the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
