Roast Pork Loin with Garlic and Rosemary

Roast pork loin is a classic dish that combines simplicity with exceptional flavor. Ingredients:
rosemary
1kg of pork loin
salt
black pepper
paprika
1 tablespoon of butter
3 cloves of garlic
2 spoons of tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 potatoes
50ml white wine
1 tablespoon of honey
50ml of water

How to do it

 Start by opening the loin in the middle, cover with plastic wrap and use a kitchen hammer to tenderize the  meat .
Make superficial cuts to add the seasoning more easily.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika and spread.
In a pan add the butter and let it melt.
Then add the garlic cloves, onion and sauté everything.
Add the tomato paste, sugar, salt, oregano, black pepper and mix.
Transfer the sauce to a mold, spread it all over and add the meat on top.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika and spread all over the meat.
Add 4 potatoes, white wine and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and potatoes.
In a container with water, place the honey and stir, then spread it over the meat with a brush.
Add rosemary on top of everything and bake at 200°C for another 15 minutes.
Serve with potatoes!
