Ingredients:
6 Chicken Thighs
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Pinch of Garlic Flakes
6 Teaspoons of Crushed Garlic
1 Onion
3 Potatoes
200g of Heavy Cream
200g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese

How to prepare

In a baking tray, add the chicken thighs; we removed the skin from our chicken thighs, but if you prefer, you can keep the skin on them.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of garlic flakes, add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic over each thigh and spread everything very well with your hands.
Now, cut the onion into thin strips and the potatoes into strips.
In the baking tray, add all the onion strips, the potatoes and spread evenly.
Then add the heavy cream and spread it with a brush.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, top everything with the grated mozzarella cheese, take the tray back to the oven and bake until the cheese melts and browns.

Serve.
