Roast Beef with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • oil
  • 7 potatoes
  • 1kg of meat
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • ½ green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • smoked paprika to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 500ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Way of doing:

Grease a baking tray with olive oil, then add the peeled and cut potatoes, then the meat cut into cubes, add the garlic, the green pepper cut into strips, the chopped tomatoes, the chopped onion and spread well throughout the tray.
In a bowl add the black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, olive oil, water, tomato sauce and mix everything very well.
Transfer the sauce to the baking dish, on top of everything, mix well with the other ingredients, add olive oil, cover with baking paper, then with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
