Ingredients:
4 red snapper fillets
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup grits
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
