Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 200g mozzarella
- oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 7 eggs
- parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Way of doing:
Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and then into cubes.
In a pan add the olive oil, onion, salt and black pepper.
Mix everything and let it fry a little.
Add the eggs, parsley, mozzarella, parmesan and paprika and mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Using a plate, turn the omelet over and arrange it inside the pan.
Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes.
