Potatoes with minced meat


Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into strips.
In a pan add oil, potatoes and stir.
Cover the pan and let it fry for 15 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika and mix.


In another pan add olive oil, then the ground meat, stir, breaking up the meat and letting it fry.
Add the onion, garlic and mix well.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, nutmeg and mix everything well again.
Add the tomato, green pepper and mix.
Add the tomato sauce and mix everything.



Cover the pan and let it cook for 8 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish, then add the meat on top of the potatoes, spreading it well.
Add the mozzarella on top of everything, then the parsley and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • 1kg of potatoes
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • oil
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • paprika to taste
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 100g tomato sauce
  • 150g mozzarella
  • parsley to taste
