Potatoes stuffed with minced meat

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • 100g mozzarella
  • mozzarella

Way of doing

  • Add the potatoes to a pan, add water, salt and cook for 20 minutes.
  • In a container add the ground meat and knead with a spoon.
  • Add the egg, salt, black pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs and mix everything.
  • Shape the meat dumplings, separate small portions and roll them in your hands.
  • Then, using a spoon, remove the center of the potatoes, forming a hole in the center.
  • In a baking dish add the olive oil and place the potatoes inside.
  • Add the mozzarella inside each one.
  • Take the meat dumplings and add them on top, then add more mozzarella.
  • Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
