Potatoes stuffed with minced meat
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 500g of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- oil
- 100g mozzarella
- mozzarella
Way of doing
- Add the potatoes to a pan, add water, salt and cook for 20 minutes.
- In a container add the ground meat and knead with a spoon.
- Add the egg, salt, black pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs and mix everything.
- Shape the meat dumplings, separate small portions and roll them in your hands.
- Then, using a spoon, remove the center of the potatoes, forming a hole in the center.
- In a baking dish add the olive oil and place the potatoes inside.
- Add the mozzarella inside each one.
- Take the meat dumplings and add them on top, then add more mozzarella.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
