Potato Stuffed Meatballs, Super Easy and Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 500g of Ground  Beef
  • 1/2 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1  Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon (Very Full) of Salt
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Flour
  • Preparing Potatoes
  • 500g of Potato Balls
  • 1 Liter of Water
  • 1 Pinch of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon (Shallow Tea) of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano

     

    Sauce:

     

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 Cup (240ml Tea) of Water
  • 1 Pinch of Sweet Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Assembly
  • Colored Peppers to Taste
  • 25cm Round Baking Pan

 

Way of doing:

In a container add the ground  meat , onion, garlic, egg, oregano, sweet paprika, black pepper, salt, oil, wheat flour and mix everything very well with your hands.
In another container, place the cooked potatoes and on top add the sweet paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano and mix well with your hands.
Apply a little oil to your hand and take a small portion of the ground meat, which is mixed with the other ingredients, open it in the palm of your hand and place a potato inside and close the potato with the meat forming a ball of ground meat stuffed with potatoes . Do the same procedure with the rest.
In another container, place the tomato sauce, add the water, salt, sweet paprika and mix.
In a round shape add the dumplings, to decorate place some cut potatoes around the dumpling that will be in the center of the shape, as well as the colored pepper, pour the sauce on top and bake at 200°C for 45 to 60 minutes.
