Ingredients:

  •  potatoes

  • water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • parsley

  • 100g parmesan

  • 100g sausage

  • 100g corn starch

  • oil

 

Way of doing:

  • In a pan add the cut potatoes, water until covered and let it cook.
  • Once cooked, transfer to a container without water and knead very well.
  • Add the salt, parsley, parmesan, sausage cut into small pieces and mix everything.
  • Add the cornstarch and mix again.
  • Apply oil to your hands, take small portions and shape into a ball.
  • In a pan with hot oil, add the balls and let them fry.
  • Once golden, remove from the oil and place in a container lined with paper towel.
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice.
