Potato Delight: Creamy and Cheesy Potato Bake

Potato Delight is a scrumptious and comforting dish that combines the classic flavors of tender potatoes and rich mozzarella cheese. Infused with the freshness of parsley and the subtle sweetness of carrot, this recipe is perfect for any meal. Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, it’s an ideal choice for a hearty side or a satisfying main course.

Ingredients:
800g potatoes
water
1 tablespoon of butter
carrot
parsley
150g mozzarella
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
oil

How to do it

  • Cut the potatoes into medium pieces.
  • Place the potatoes in a pan and cover with water, let it cook.
  • In a pan add the butter and let it melt.
  • Then add the grated carrot and stir.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a container and mash them.
  • Place the carrot with the potatoes, add the parsley, mozzarella and mix everything very well.
  • Separate small portions and roll them in your hands to form dumplings.
  • In a container add the eggs, yogurt, wheat flour and mix.
  • Dip the potatoes into the mixture, one by one.
  • In a pan add the oil and place the balls to fry.
  • When one side is fried, turn to fry the other side.
  • Remove from the oil and place on a plate with napkins.
