Ingredients:
1 onion
4 potatoes
oil
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
oil

Way of doing:

Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
Cut the potatoes in half and then into slices.
In a pan add oil, potatoes and let them fry.
Add the onion and mix everything.
Remove everything from the pan, passing through a colander to remove excess oil.
In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper and beat well.
Pour the potatoes and onion into the container containing the egg mixture, and mix everything.
In a pan add olive oil, spread it with a brush, then add the recipe inside, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Using a plate, turn the recipe over, place it back in the pan, cover and leave for another 5 minutes.
