Way of doing
- Add the potatoes to a pan and add water until covered.
- Let them cook until they are soft.
- Use a toothpick to poke holes in each one.
- Transfer the potatoes to a glass container with a lid.
- In a container, place the oil, vinegar , water, chopped onion, pepper, pepper, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Mix all these ingredients very well.
- Transfer the mixture to the container containing the potatoes .
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- After this period the potatoes are ready.
