Pickled potatoes – side dish for every meal!


Way of doing

  • Add the potatoes to a pan and add water until covered.
  • Let them cook until they are soft.
  • Use a toothpick to poke holes in each one.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a glass container with a lid.
  • In a container, place the oil,  vinegar , water, chopped onion, pepper, pepper, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix all these ingredients very well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the container containing the  potatoes .
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • After this period the  potatoes are ready.

Ingredients

  • 1kg of  potatoes

  • water

  • 200ml  olive oil

  • 200ml  vinegar

  • 200ml of water

  • 1 onion

  • 1 red pepper

  • parsley

  • pepper

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
